The Business Administrator leads the church in planning, conducting, and evaluating a comprehensive plan of business operations that include financial, human resources, facilities, food service and technical support functions. The person will assist the Executive Financial team in all long-range financial matters, the establishing of church-wide financial and administrative objectives, policies, programs, and practices which ensure the church of a continuously sound financial structure. In conjunction with the Financial Controller, the business administrator controls the flow of cash through the organization and maintains the integrity of funds, securities, and other valuable documents.
