This assistant pastor's position has as it's focus reaching and developing a full ministry to young adults 40 years old and under. In addition you must be able to lead praise and worship from time to time.
This opportunity is to get on the ground level with a growing church that has already started over 900 Grace Christian Fellowships around the world. The position's salary will be based on how many new families you can reach for Christ, disciple and bring into the church and teach them to tithe and give, so as the offerings increase as a result of your ministry so will the salary. This will be a real incentive program.
You must have some kind of accredited theological Education and have a great passion to win the world to Christ. You must have a teachable spirit and be ready to aggressively serve the Lord.
